Tracking Seeds

& Harvests!

Seed Tracking and Harvest Logs
Track the seeds you're planting this season, including variety, planting directions, days to germination, days to maturity, and other observations. Keeping records of this level will help us adapt season-by-season, based on our record of what we tried, what worked, and what didn’t.

For fundraising efforts, these logs can be used by community groups and supporting organizations to position themselves with essential data. Providing a record of food harvested, and people helped, is often needed to help qualify for grants and local funding partnerships.

Commissioners have shared seed-saving sheets that they developed in 2021-22.

These provide you with a partial but thorough record of seeds we’ve been known to send. You can follow their format and add to them!
